You do realize, that Nazis were conservatives railing and fighting against the liberals of the Weimar Republic, don't you?

The Nazis were against immigration, hated communists, socialists, blacks, Jews and any non-Aryan for that matter, demanded a large military, used torture and imprisonment to advance their cause and wore 'Gott mit uns' (god is with us) on their SS belt buckles. Now which political party does that sound like?

I will, the investigation started before 2010, before Citizen's United and well before Mr. Romney started his campaign.

Now let's play a reverse victim card: because of the right wingers who control the MSM we haven't heard about this. If he was some Democrat who had ties to the Chinese Mafia and bribed his way into a fortune it would be front page news, but because he's a Republican it's been so hidden that the average American doesn't even know his name.

See? do I have facts to back up that victim card? The answer is no, but who needs facts right?

Everyone is guilty, something can always be found to have been broken, or sidestepped.

You think they want those laws followed? Those laws are ment to be broken. Regularly, every day laws are ment to be broken. They do this because they aren't amatures, you hear? They are good at the game. they can put anyone who's too effective, or too loud, or too violent, or too stubborn, or anything else away for as long as they want because there's no way to live a life without breaking laws(even felonies) constantly.

We used to have a sense of purportion and didn't prosecute TPTB's political enemies for technicalities. That's gone now. We are now a jingoistic fascist police state.

What's illegal is illegal, but not immoral or wrong or even a bad idea.

What you don't seem to understand is that in a fascist police state, everything is against some sort of law. The state can always find a law that someone they wish to persecute has broken, and almost always get a conviction.

Everything is illegal in modern Amerika, so of course any sort of fund raising is bound to be against some sort of law. All that a prosecution of an individual requires is a willing prosecutor.

Investigate Romney's offshore accounts; get his tax returns; follow the money; this scandal is just beginning!! As part of a lawsuit against Adelson a manager of the casino tried to clean-up the prostitution going on until he was told that Adelson condoned it and got a cut from the proceeds. Wonder what the "family values" party will say about that?

This case was investigated by the Hong Kong securities authority... the Hong Kong equivalent of the SEC. It was dismissed.

Alves has been cleared by the Macau Chief Executive Chui, who is not the same chief executive that Alves has been accused of influencing (edmund ho).

Re: the reference in this story to e-mails... Adelson very explicitly does not use e-mails. He is old-school in that regard.

All of this surfaced as a "sour grapes" campaign by the ex-CEO of the Sands China subsidiary, Steve Jacobs. His claims have little or no documented support.

Finally, the SEC is an arm of the Obama administration, which Adelson opposes, and PBS is a left-leaning, government supported media outlet that provided no opposing view in this interview.

Adelson is an Israel Firster that is best friends with Israel PM Netanyahu, and owns a Israeli newspaper that supports all of Bibi's policies, including a war with Iran. He also funds Israel's illegal settlements. In the primaries he gave 10 million to Gingrich for calling the "Palestinians an invented people. Others of Adelson's friends are the Republican Jewish neo-cons ( Kristol, Feith, Perle, Wolfowitz, and Abrams ) that helped lie our way into the Iraq war at Israel's and AIPAC's urging are now pushing for a war with Iran. Another pre-emptive war on a sovereign nation regarding alleged WMD's. It now comes out that Romney i best friends with Netanyahu and has been for 36 years, long before either was involved in politics. What a very, very strange coincidence that is, or is it? Adelson has said that he is willing to give over 100 million to get Romney elected. In a short while Romney will be going to Israel since he has a fundraiser scheduled in Jerusalem on the 29th. One can only wonder how well Romney knows Adelson, since they have a mutual friend and whether they may had any financial dealings. Maybe this is why Romney won't provide more tax returns or info on Bain. Another offshore account in Macau. If Adelson is indicted would the politicians have to give back the money.It seems to me that Israel is trying to buy the election for a war with Iran and support for all of its racist policies. By the way the neo-cons I named are advisors for Romney like the were for Bush and Cheney.

If the money goes to me, it's campaign donation. If the money goes to my opponent, it's bribery.

And how the US have the right to legislate what one does in another country? As long as the individual is following the laws of the country he is located, there should be no issues.

Nothing new here, the Republican party has always been the party of criminals. The real story is in the following statement;

"We had a lot of companies in the United States paying bribes. And so
Congress said, we're not going to have that. American companies are not
going to do that overseas."

While it might seem like a statement that is based in good intent, it's the last part of it that shows what their real motivation was in enacting this law, "American companies are not
going to do that overseas."

The last thing the Republicans wants is bribe money being paid to some government official overseas, when that bribe money should be going into their pockets instead.
